The Visa code also clarifies rules on admissibility, reasons for refusal, for filling visa stickers and for local Schengen cooperation between the embassies. The paragraphs on collecting biometric identifiers, right to appeal as well as cooperation with external service providers does not enter into force in Sweden until earliest next year.
